Design & Construction

This project required detailed planning due to elevation changes throughout the property. Each patio, walkway, and retaining wall was constructed with a properly compacted granular base to ensure durability and drainage through seasonal freeze–thaw conditions.

A custom interlock fire pit was built into the lower patio and surrounded by curved seating walls, creating a central gathering space that enhances both function and visual appeal. The fire pit area anchors the backyard design and connects naturally with the surrounding paver patio.

Interlock walkways and steps were installed to provide smooth, safe movement between the upper deck area, side yard, and lower patio levels. Consistent materials and precise installation techniques ensure a cohesive finish across all hardscape elements.
